The goods delivery charge will depend upon your postcode and the type of product ordered, as this will determine how your goods are shipped, whether by parcel post or pallet.
Products are categorised into 3 delivery codes A, B and C and are shown on each product page. If you order items with different delivery codes, you will be charged the higher tariff.
For instance, orders that include Wall Tiles, Floor Tiles, Mosaic Tiles, Laminate Flooring, Tile Insulation Board, Adhesive or Grout will fall into Delivery Code C. Should you also include tile trims, tile spacers and cleaning materials – which fall into a lower delivery code, you will only be charged one Delivery Code C fee.
