| At Creative Tiles and Laminates, you can request any of our wall or floor tiles or Clix laminate flooring as a sample, to give you an opportunity to see the product before you buy. You can view them in your home, where they are to be used and see how the natural lighting affects the look, its texture and colour. It is useful to see the tiles or laminates in-situ, to see the beauty of the product but also determine its suitability for your bathroom, kitchen or conservatory. |

Our samples are FREE OF CHARGE. We do not charge for the samples or for delivery.
There is a limit of four samples per customer. A Quick-Step laminate flooring brochure is also available.

To request a sample, find the tile or laminate you wish, click the Order Sample button and the sample will be added to your basket. You can add up to four samples before proceeding to the checkout. Alternatively, you can order by telephone on 01922 610015.

Due to the size, weight and fragile nature of tiles, all our samples are supplied as a swatch cut from the original, however, we do ensure that the sample is representative of the product. Samples are dispatched in a jiffy bag and bubble wrapped.

Subject to stock availability, samples are sent via Royal Mail and you should expect delivery within 2-3 working days of your sample request, unless otherwise notified. If your sample has not arrived within 5 working days please contact us.
If you require a full tile to gain a greater perspective, please email us, and we will be happy to arrange a full size sample. However a charge will be applicable for this service.
