A 12 m2 underfloor heating mat suitable for installation under laminate. A 160W carbon film system which contains a 12 m2 mat, double depron insulation, moisture barrier, programmable thermostat, floor sensor & instructions.

When working out mat size, normal coverage is between 85% and 90%. A 10sqm room would only require a 9sqm mat (max) or an 8sqm mat if a complex shape. A made to measure mat is supplied based on a sketch of the room dimensions and any obstructions.
